Construction Planning and Construction Management - BOB
This division is the competence centre for the control and management of all construction projects at the University of Vienna.
Our employees’ task is to control and manage projects that require a higher level and quality of management due to the costs involved, their complexity or their priority.
The division’s employees ensure that construction projects are implemented in a structured and target-oriented manner, and that it finds acceptance among all parties involved. In addition to the key parameters of cost security, punctuality and quality security, it aims to ensure the communication with and involvement of all parties involved.
Our area of activity includes both new construction as well as renovation.
Further responsibilities:
- Provision of technical and economic know-how when the University of Vienna considers renting objects
- Development of controlling and quality standards for construction projects
- Assistance in and advice on technical issues regarding construction
