Centrally managed course rooms and examinations

We strive to provide the best possible conditions for your courses or examinations. We try to confirm your desired dates related to university teaching as soon as possible (subject to availability) when electronically searching for a course room via i3v.

Timely scheduling of room allocation and the full exploitation of the limited spatial resources present an enormous challenge to the University of Vienna.

To ensure the ideal use of available rooms, we require clear and transparent rules. These rules aim at the collaboration of all people involved in the best possible way and at the successful management of this complex task.
