Invitation to tender in accordance with the Austrian federal procurement act

The Procurement Team issues invitations to tender for the entire University. 

We provide advice to departments and units on selecting the right procurement procedure and determining the tender specifications. In addition, we help adapting the contractual conditions to the relevant invitation to tender, and formally carry out the invitations to tender (publication, opening of bids, notification of bid acceptance, awarding of contract).
